Red Mountain Group, Inc. is looking for a temporary Development Coordinator position will support the Development Department by providing tenant coordination and working with Leasing and Construction Managers to monitor and ensure a smooth tenant turnover. To be successful as a Development Coordinator the selected individual will be experienced with Retail Construction, specifically property management and tenant coordinator, as well as some job costing knowledge. Not only will this position call upon the abilities to be highly organized with multiple projects simultaneously, but also be an effective communicator of issues/challenges/critical dates and to present information in meetings. This temporary position would last roughly 3 months.
