Responsibilities:
• Manage executive schedules and calendars, coordinating meetings and appointments.
• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
• Organize travel arrangements, reservations, and business logistics.
• Assist in project management and follow-up on key tasks.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Coordinate events and executive meetings.
• Oversee and optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High adaptability and versatility in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Residence in Boca Raton or availability to work on-site.
