Pay Range: $30 - $32/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data: Gather data from surveys, satellite images, aerial photographs, and other sources to create detail schematic yard drawings.
• Create drawings: Create schematic yard drawings to required specifications for export to PDF format.
• Update drawings: Revise existing drawings and making corrections and adjustments as needed.
• Use GIS: Integrate Geographic Information System (GIS) data into drawings.
• Collaboration: Work with various source experts to obtain information vital in the creation of schematic yard drawings.
• Ensure accuracy: Check drawings for accuracy and detail.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Schematic Drawing, GIS, Arc Pro, MicroStation
• GIS Software (ESRI Arc Pro Preferred)
• MicroStation
• Time Management
• Attention to detail
• Spatial awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to learn new skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
