LBI HotSpring Spas is currently seeking Service Technicians to join our service and delivery team. We are a family-owned retail and service company, specializing in sales and service of hot tubs, swim spas and saunas. Our business is

expanding, so come grow with us!

We are looking for motivated hardworking individuals with a passion for providing award

winning customer service and exceptional customer experience as part of our service and delivery team. Prior experience with hot tub or pool maintenance is preferred but not required.

• Ensure timely and professional delivery of hot tubs and swim spas as part of our delivery team.
• Open and winterize hot tubs, following company procedures.
• Perform weekly spa cleaning and maintenance for assigned service area.
• Ensure vehicles are stocked/restocked for the day’s maintenance activities.
• Confidently and comfortably communicate with customers and office staff.
• Capable of working with technology to perform daily tasks and customer communications.
• Ability to diagnose and repair/replace spa components, such as filters, heaters, and jet pumps etc.

This position has great growth potential where you can advance within our service department. Training is available to help move you forward with your career goals.

Compensation is based on experience. Must be willing to work Saturdays during the peak season!
