Description

We are seeking an experienced Processing/Accounts Receivable Director who overseas operations of the Accounts Receivable, Import file, Data Entry and Cancellations. The Director is responsible for ensuring that all revenue-driving departments are aligned, efficient, and operating in a manner that supports the company's overall growth objectives. The Processing Director works closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations and the Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible the full life cycle of a customer’s account, those areas, includes invoicing, cash application, customer dispute management, receivables research, collections management, and receivables reporting, Import file, Data Entry and Cancellations.
• Supports special projects as required.
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes including Accounts Receivable and Cancellations etc.
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (Required)
• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis having intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Keen analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing assignments.
