Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Engineer to join their engineering team. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered financial applications. This individual will work alongside a talented group of engineers and data scientists to create impactful solutions that will drive the future of FinTech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable AI-powered financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and designers, to deliver cutting-edge products.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring best practices and optimizing performance.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • Contribute to the development of AI algorithms and machine learning models to address complex financial problems.
  • Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI, FinTech, and software engineering, driving innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/FinTech technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or similar.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and data pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with financial applications, APIs, and integrations is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a critical and creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
