  • Leading and performing routine market research and analysis knowing exactly where our product differentiates from our competitors and where we can provide the highest value for our customers, all the while determining where we lack and must improve upon.

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products and features.
  • Communicate and collaborate product vision and progress with the CEO and present quarterly updates to the board and team members, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of being curious and seeking to be thoroughly knowledgeable of a product’s position for its customers and against its competitors within its market.
  • Demonstrable past success at identifying a product’s vision and corresponding roadmap towards its own journey.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and sharp analytical decision-making mindedness to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Experience working with either logistics companies or two-sided marketplace platforms, and ideally experienced with both.
  • A solid understanding of product management tools and processes, including proficiency in agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, market research techniques, and data analysis.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performing product teams, with business cases and metrics as proof of results.
  • 12 years of experience in product management, preferably in leadership roles, with a track record of successfully managing and launching products.
