Job Description

Senior Product Designer - San Francisco/Bay Area - Hybrid

🌍 Diverse, Impactful Work – Design across 20+ products in multiple industries, including groundbreaking AI platforms.

🧠 Intellectually Challenging – You’ll solve very complex user flows and work on products at the bleeding edge of technology.

🤝 Collaborative Culture – Work closely with senior stakeholders and a world-class team that values clarity, execution, and innovation.

Join an innovative, design-forward team at a $9B industry leader responsible for over 20 digital products spanning multiple industries. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in complexity, communicates clearly, and is passionate about turning high-level ideas into beautifully executed product experiences.

You’ll work on a range of challenges — from redesigning legacy systems to building new products from the ground up. Many of these products are AI-driven and dashboard-intensive, with complex user flows and high visibility. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with stakeholders, senior partners, and a skilled team of designers, researchers, and engineers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead product design for highly complex, enterprise-grade applications, including AI and dashboard-focused tools.
  • Drive end-to-end UX design from discovery through delivery — user research, wireframes, prototyping, visual design, and validation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to ensure design quality and product alignment.
  • Work on a wide variety of products — 20+ across several verticals — each with distinct challenges and opportunities.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to design culture and process maturity across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise software
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong background in UX design, research methodologies, and systems thinking
  • Experience working in or around the AI space is a plus
  • Portfolio showcasing complex user flows and dashboard design
