Job Summary:
YMM Cleaning is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for cleaning private residences according to company standards, ensuring client satisfaction through high-quality service and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard
Follow client-specific instructions and preferences
Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages
Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor with clients and coworkers
Uphold YMM Cleaning’s commitment to punctuality and reliability
Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 25 lbs
