Who We're Looking For

Are you an experienced or new school psychologist with a passion for making a profound impact on students' lives? Do you thrive in supportive and collaborative environments? Do you have experience in American Sign Language (ASL) or are you willing to learn? If so, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, instruction, and mentorship to students dealing with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate eligibility for special education services.
• Boost student achievement by identifying learning barriers and recommending effective instructional strategies.
• Develop and implement interventions and student progress monitoring systems.
• Support individualized instruction and contribute to creating positive classroom environments.
• Collect and analyze data related to school improvement, student outcomes, and accountability requirements.
• Advocate for school policies and programs that ensure student safety and maintain conducive learning environments.
• Lead crisis response efforts, providing direct services and referrals to community support services as needed.
