Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Sale/Manager/ Executive to drive growth in the WiFi, 5G, SoC, and Embedded Systems domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive sales experience, and a proven track record in business development within the semiconductor, telecom, or embedded systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in WiFi, 5G, SoC, and Embedded Systems markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field .
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within WiFi, 5G, SoC, Embedded Systems, or Semiconductor industries .
  • Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, networking, and embedded systems .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with OEMs, ODMs, telecom operators, chipset manufacturers, and embedded system developers is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in selling wireless networking solutions, chipsets, or embedded software .
  • Strong technical knowledge in 5G, IoT, AI/ML in embedded systems, and semiconductor solutions .
  • Experience with B2B enterprise sales and partner/channel development .
