Asbury's Restaurant, located adjacent to the entrance of Seneca Caverns in Riverton, West Virginia, is seeking a friendly and attentive Server member to join our team. Our establishment offers a calm, family-friendly dining experience with stunning views of Seneca Rocks from our porch. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders, paying close attention to dietary preferences and guest requests.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that guests have an enjoyable and pleasant experience by attending to their needs.
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, resetting tables between guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and calm manner.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all food preparation and service practices.

Job Season:

• April - November

Schedule:

• Friday to Monday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling available.
• Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a serving or wait staff role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and friendly in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude with a focus on making guests feel at ease.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
