Job Description

Endpoint Security Program Manager

The Endpoint Security Tools team is responsible for securing on-premises and cloud-based endpoints, including servers and workstations, against malicious activities. To achieve this, we leverage advanced endpoint security tools that provide Anti-Virus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) capabilities, and compliance reporting. Our team manages the deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and policy administration of these tools while continuously evaluating and improving Comcast’s security posture.

  • Lead Deployment Efforts: Oversee the deployment of endpoint security tools across the Comcast infrastructure.
  • Manage Quarterly Upgrades: Develop and execute upgrade plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Track progress, address roadblocks, and ensure successful completion.
  • Create and Maintain Dashboards and Roadmaps: Build program status dashboards and roadmaps.
  • Track future opportunities and document issues.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact between product management, customers, operations, and development teams.
  • Ensure alignment and smooth communication across all groups.

Must-Have Skills (Technical):

  1. Technical Program/Project Management: Proven experience managing complex technical projects and programs.
  2. Data Presentation: Ability to present technical and project data to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
  3. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  1. Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity governance, risks, and compliance frameworks.
  2. Endpoint Security Tools: Experience with tools like CrowdStrike, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP), and osquery.
  3. Vulnerability Scanning: Familiarity with tools such as Qualys and Prisma Cloud.
  4. The role requires familiarity with Agile frameworks (including daily scrums), strong stakeholder management , and proficiency in Jira (including building dashboards).
  5. Minimum of 5 years of technical project management experience in a DevOps environment is required
  6. Cybersecurity experience and relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

Location Requirements:

  • Local candidates only – West Chester or Philadelphia.
  • Onsite work required 4 days a week – no exceptions.
  • Remote or non-local candidates will not be considered.
