Antibody Design Labs , a rapidly expanding life sciences company specializing in recombinant antibodies,

including discovery, generation, and engineering, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Scientist to

join our team. This individual will play a key role in expanding our service and product portfolio and

contributing to the development of innovative antibody discovery technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in research projects related to antibody discovery and engineering, with emphasis on library screening and sequence analysis.
• Design primers, perform PCR, and conduct molecular cloning and mutagenesis.
• Maintain detailed laboratory notes, generate comprehensive project reports, follow, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Engage in quality control tasks, including testing, documentation, and compliance checks, to ensure on-time product release.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and demonstrated efficiency in multitasking.
• Highly organized with a proven ability to prioritize and solve problems.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry or a related discipline.
• A minimum of one year of practical, hands-on experience in a wet laboratory setting, specifically in molecular biology and recombinant DNA technologies (excluding teaching courses).

Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience.
