Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to work for our client, a small insurance company in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain and update client records and databases
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as required
Compensation: $17/hr to $20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
