As a Project Management Coordinator with Hyper Solutions you will be responsible for serving as one of the primary liaisons between Account Executives, clients, and the Applications Engineering and Solutions Design teams in helping to develop and deliver mission critical solutions and products to our partners If you are interested in furthering your career as a Project Management Coordinator, this is an opportunity you need to explore! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: • Utilize Hyper’s methodologies and systems to accurately forecast project needs and timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of proposals. • Manage the details of solution delivery from initiation to execution, including coordination with suppliers and logistical partners. • Track project progress against timelines and milestones, actively manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful on-time delivery. • Drive continuous improvement in project execution by identifying inefficiencies and proposing enhancements. REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrated experience in project management and sales within the electrical industry, specifically with data centers power infrastructure including Switchboards, Power Distribution Units (PDU’s), Remote Power Panels, (RPPs) and transformers. • Bachelor, Associate’s degree or Certifications in electrical field and/or work-related experience. • Prior electrical construction experience in commercial design-build and plan/specification projects is highly desirable • Proficiency in project management software and CRM tools. • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and project oversight. • Strong customer service skills and the ability to foster and maintain relationships.
