Now Hiring: Program Manager – Drama Kids Theatre Program Part-Time | Positive, Organized, Team-Oriented Leader Wanted. Do you believe in the power of theatre to build confidence and character in children? We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to support the success of our Drama Kids program. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, dependable, and driven to make a difference through the arts—while working as part of a collaborative and passionate team. About Us: At Drama Kids, our mission is to provide a positive, encouraging space where every child can grow in confidence and creativity—on stage and in life. Our unique curriculum focuses on self expression, teamwork, and personal growth. We believe theatre should be a happy, inspiring experience, not a pressure-filled performance. About the Role: As Program Manager, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar who keeps everything running smoothly. From scheduling and logistics to staff support and parent communication, your strong organizational skills and positive attitude will ensure our program remains a joyful and enriching place for kids to thrive. What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate scheduling, class logistics, and event planning
  • Support teaching staff with materials, communication, and day-to-day needs
  • Communicate clearly and positively with families and community partners
  • Manage multiple moving pieces with calm, confidence, and efficiency
  • Work closely with our established team to maintain a high standard of quality and care

  • Can manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines with ease
