  • Prepare guest materials, talking points, and detailed interview prep for the host.

3. Script Development

  • Write episode outlines and scripts, including key questions, conversation prompts, and narrative frameworks.
  • Ensure each episode flows smoothly and aligns with the seasons themes.

4. Recording Session Oversight

  • Attend virtual recording sessions to guide creative direction and provide live support to the host.
  • Ensure key points are covered and the conversation stays aligned with the intended narrative.

5. Post-Production Oversight

  • Work closely with editors to ensure the final product reflects the podcasts creative vision.
  • Provide detailed feedback and guidance throughout the editing process.

What You Bring:

  • Experience:
    • 23 years of experience in podcast production, with a focus on content development, guest research, and storytelling.
    • Proven ability to write scripts and prepare interview materials.

    • Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills to craft engaging episodes.
    • Familiarity with audio editing processes and post-production workflows.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple episodes and timelines.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with hosts, guests, and creative teams.
    • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an agency or fast-paced media environment.
  • Passion for audio content and a deep understanding of what makes podcasts compelling to listeners.
