Job Description

Advent Talent Group is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to deliver outstanding patient service, ensure a professional and welcoming office environment, and support administrative and marketing initiatives for our client, a leading provider of hearing aid services. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with patients, while assisting with day-to-day clinic operations and performing key receptionist duties.

Overview:

• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
• Location: On-site in Richfield, MN
• Hourly Rate: $24.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient service while maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address patient inquiries.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and enhance patient engagement.
• Perform light bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records.
• Manage and update the patient management system to ensure seamless operations.
• Clean and maintain hearing aids as necessary to ensure quality care.
• Organize and set up office spaces to ensure a well-functioning and welcoming environment.
• Handle general receptionist responsibilities and contribute to office cleaning and upkeep as needed.
• Support administrative tasks and provide assistance as required to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with at least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Basic bookkeeping and administrative experience preferred, with attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems; experience with healthcare-related platforms is a plus.
• Calm, patient, and composed demeanor, especially when interacting with elderly clients, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
