Your Role:

• Address resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Assist with grounds/landscaping and snow removal duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties in the Mechanicsburg area (eligible for an on-call bonus).

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
