Job Description

Our client, a prestigious private equity firm in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a highly organized and resourceful administrative professional to provide personalized support to enhance the efficiency of their business operations. This individual will play an essential role as part of their administrative team, delivering exceptional support while ensuring smooth operations across multiple tasks and priorities.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $70,000 base range + generous benefits + discretionary bonus

Schedule:

Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to 3 investment professionals, acting as the main point of contact between executives, employees, and external parties.
  • Log meetings and contacts in SugarCRM to maintain accurate records and streamline communication.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate complex calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and adjusting to changing priorities daily.
  • Organize and book thoughtful, efficient travel arrangements tailored to individual preferences, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, providing backup coverage for all lines to ensure seamless communication.
  • Accurately code monthly cash and credit card expenses using Concur, ensuring precise expense reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison to portfolio companies, coordinating board meetings, managing recurring calls and meetings, and overseeing logistical details.
  • Provide backup support to the administrative team as needed, assisting with events and team outings.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and remain focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, professional, and courteous demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and handle responsibilities independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the firm and external partners.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong "can-do" attitude, a willingness to go above and beyond, and a commitment to upholding the firm’s culture.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Highly ethical, with strong judgment to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to other software tools.
