  • Initiate and manage ongoing email marketing campaigns to continually grow and validate our database of academic researchers.
  • Oversee the design and production of digital and printed assets and external marketing and internal employee communications materials and collateral that meet high-quality standards, support our mission and programs, are aligned with our brand identity, and comply with our brand guidelines.
  • Support website updates, additions, and blog posts to enhance SPARK NS visibility while ensuring consistency with branding and messaging; apply SEO/SEM strategies to amplify visibility.
  • Track, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of online marketing activities by consolidating data from various sources (website analytics, LinkedIn metrics, email campaigns), and produce periodic reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Organize and maintain SPARK NS digital and print branded assets for easy access and retrieval; coordinate the distribution of branded assets and brand usage guidelines to internal and external stakeholders; ensure proper usage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, 10-15 years marketing experience in a similar role, and demonstrated ability to develop and execute a broad range of marketing and communications strategies in mission-driven organizations.
  • Excellence in the development and implementation of digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate, as well as digital print assets at a high level of creativity and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of content development and SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Experience with digital marketing analytics; familiarity with website analytics is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to consistently make informed decisions in a growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail.
