The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and a passion for driving operational efficiency, improving quality, and optimizing processes in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading efforts to drive operational excellence across the manufacturing floor by identifying opportunities for improvement, leading projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
