Job Description

Overview We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Warehouse Coordinator at ICON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations, supporting the seamless flow of materials and products that contribute to our clinical research initiatives. You will help maintain high standards of accuracy and safety in inventory management while optimizing processes to enhance overall productivity. Responsibilities What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure timely availability for ongoing projects.
  • Overseeing inventory control procedures and conducting regular audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Implementing best practices for safety and compliance in all warehouse activities.
  • Training and supervising warehouse staff to foster a productive and engaged team environment.
Qualifications You are:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination, with a strong understanding of inventory control processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
