As a Call Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for information
  • Document calls and customer interactions in the company database accurately
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information
  • Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed
Skills Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
