Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to join the team of our client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management and Compensation modules, with a focus on business process configuration and system optimization. This role will be instrumental in leading system reviews and enhancements while supporting key initiatives related to compensation, performance management, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Process Review and Optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth reviews of business processes (BP) for new hires, promotions, and job changes
  • Assess and refine job profile and job family structures
  • Perform a comprehensive review of the HCM module
  • Evaluate and optimize the one-time payment process

Compensation and Performance Management:

  • Work within the Compensation module to enhance pay structures and banding
  • Build out competencies and performance review frameworks
  • Clean up and refine rating scales for performance evaluation

Reporting and Data Management:

  • Develop and enhance Workday reports to support business needs
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system

System Setup and Configuration:

  • Implement pay bands and associated structures
  • Assess and potentially configure Workday Recruiting for enhanced talent acquisition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Workday Consultant with experience in HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management and Compensation modules
  • Strong understanding of business process configuration and optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis within Workday
