I'm HIRING! Seeking Traveling Electrical Foreman for a Direct-Hire role with a forward-thinking company.

Applicants must have a background with large Commercial new construction and some Multi-Family Residential experience . Because this is a Traveling role, the candidate will reside in Jonesboro, AR as a home base.

Your background will include most of the following:

• At minimum of 5-7 yrs experience in a Foreman/Working Foreman role
• You have an AR Electrical License
• You will have the ability to use the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ CODES.
• In the past, you developed and implements plans using your critical thinking skills.
• You are a problem solver with good sense and judgement.
• You are self-motivated, can adapt to challenges, and follow through on commitments
• Can work independently and hold others accountable.
• Lead by example, train promising PM's and Electricians to help develop their career.
• Perform work from start to finish, executes work efficiently and effectively
• You take pride in making sure you have all tools, information, manpower and materials at all times.
• Communicate effectively with Trade Partners, Owner, and your team while reviewing site progress and conditions.
• You are proficient - previous ability to turn in paperwork through and HR system such as Paycom or Paycor, for example.
• Are safety minded and adhere to all quality and safety codes
