As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Agriculture Trading Analyst to join their team. About the Role

This role is pivotal to the success of the trading team. The selected candidate will analyze global agriculture markets, uncover key trends, and generate actionable insights to drive profitable trading decisions. With a focus on commodities such as grains, oilseeds, softs, and other agricultural products, the Agriculture Trading Analyst will collaborate closely with traders, providing data-driven recommendations and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of global agriculture markets, including supply and demand trends, weather patterns, geopolitical factors, and macroeconomic influences.
• Develop and communicate strategic trade ideas based on thorough market research and pricing forecasts.
• Build and maintain predictive models and tools to support trading strategies and decision making.
• Monitor market movements, key reports, and indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
• Provide traders with timely and actionable intelligence to optimize market positions.
• Stay updated on global agriculture market developments, including regulatory changes and trade policies.

Key Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in agriculture market analysis, commodity trading, or a related field.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of global agriculture markets, including grains, oilseeds, and soft commodities, as well as trading strategies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market modeling, and using tools such as Python, R, or Excel.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and strategies effectively.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Education: A degree in Finance, Economics, Agriculture, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
