🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, safety & efficiency
✅ Manage project schedules, budgets & resource allocation
✅ Oversee materials, equipment delivery & daily site operations
✅ Problem-solve and make key decisions to keep projects on track
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
✔️ Expertise in high-rise & renovation projects
✔️ Strong leadership, decision-making & organizational skills
✔️ Proficiency in construction management software & scheduling tools
