Store Operations Specialist

Columbus, OH (Hybrid – In office 1-2 days/week)

Pay Rate: $20–$26/hour (W2), based on experience

4-Month Contract with potential for extension

Russell Tobin & Associates is partnering with a beloved American specialty retailer known for creating iconic fragrances and home products to help them hire a Store Operations Specialist . This hybrid opportunity is based in Columbus, OH , and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment supporting retail operations nationwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as a key support resource within the Store Support team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of operational projects.
  • Develop and communicate new processes to various levels of field management.
  • Be the subject matter expert on operational topics within cross-functional teams.
  • Respond to emails from stores and vendors regarding storage, inventory, floorsets, backroom organization, and communication processes.
  • Track and manage requests for 1700–4000+ storage units, including payments and issue resolution.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of retail store operations or related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to pace.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work with minimal direction.
  • Comfort working both independently and as a team player with a customer-focused mindset.

This is a backfill role created to support increased workload during the spring peak season, with potential for extension depending on business needs. Recent graduates with strong, applicable experience are encouraged to apply!
