The Field Representative II is responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of company products and systems at customer locations within a specific geographic area. The role requires expertise in diagnostics, installation, troubleshooting, and customer service, as well as managing territory, inventory, and customer relationships. It may require shift work, overtime, on-call duties, and significant travel.
Primary Responsibilities:
Meet productivity expectations based on workload and experience.
Manage territory, inventory, and customer relations.
Provide excellent technical and customer service.
Perform diagnostics, installation, and servicing of equipment (B&W, color, multifunction devices).
Conduct Basic Connected installations, IP setup, printer driver installs, and customer training.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical devices.
Complete technical training and territory management tasks.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through support and technical assistance.
Required Experience:
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED. Completion of technical school or equivalent education.
A valid state driver’s license (due to extensive travel requirements).
Salary Range:
20.00 to 21.50
Working Conditions:
Office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature.
Extensive travel required, including foot travel in urban areas.
Exposure to minor cuts, burns, and chemical solvents.
Shift work, overtime, on-call duties, and weekend work may be required.
Physical activity includes lifting objects up to 50 pounds, moving items up to 400 pounds, and frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
Use of hand tools and electronic testing equipment is required.
