Senior SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy Analyst - CPA Required
Within this newly created position, you will be responsible for partnering with senior level management, within a very high visibility capacity. The Senior SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy Analyst is responsible for assisting in the preparation of SEC filings, including the 10Qs, 10K, earnings release and schedules, subsidiary financial statements for regulatory compliance and investor purposes, as well as internal management reporting. The Senior SEC Reporting & Accounting Policy Analyst will also be responsible for performing the accounting analysis of transactions, new accounting standards, preparing technical accounting memos, and performing various month-end close processing activities related to equity compensation.
Compensation: $135k-$150k salary, plus 15% discretionary bonus
Reports To: Managing Director, and next level above is the CFO.

Who You Are?
You should have approximately 4-10 years of increasing accounting and analysis experience (including public accounting training), including the possession of highly motivated curiosity. You are required to be detail oriented, having strong organizational as well as communication skills, and you must be flexible with competing deadlines.
· You should possess at minimum a Bachelor's Degree and ideally a completed CPA license or working towards the completion of your CPA license or Masters of Accountancy is strongly desired.
· You should possess experience from public accounting, as well as the broader financial services or asset management industry.
