MISSION

Digital identity is an emerging field that promises to transform the way we interact with the digital world – improving privacy, security and inclusion whilst combatting fraud. It includes a wide range of initiatives such as:

  • Developing digital wallets that enable people to hold and present secure digital credentials from your phone, both in person as well as online.
  • Using biometric technologies to enable secure onboarding to services and to support strong customer authentication.
  • Creating digital identity schemes and networks enabling credentials used in many contexts.

You will work with principal and lead consultants to deliver varied projects and engagements for clients including public sector authorities, payments networks, technology vendors and others. This could include:

  • Market and technology research
  • Developing requirements and technical specifications
  • Evaluating specific technologies and solutions
  • Performing testing and certification

You will participate in industry standards and frameworks development and keep up to date with key industry and technology developments.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in payments, digital identity, information security or a related field
  • Experience of technical consulting, business consulting or certification and testing
  • Experience of regulated sectors and/or public sector

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Essential

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach

Desirable

  • Understanding of the core concepts and practical experience of identity technologies in either a government, enterprise or consumer facing setting.
  • Experience in one or more key identity technologies: applied cryptography, hardware security, mobile, biometrics and AI/ML.
  • Experience in one or more relevant technical standards and specifications, e.g.: ISO 18013 series, ISO 23220 series, OpenID specifications, W3C WebAuthn, W3C Verifiable Credentials, IETF OAuth2 & SD-JWT VC, FIDO, ISO 27001.
  • Experience or knowledge of digital identity frameworks
