Job Title : Associate/Senior Associate - Investor Relations (IR)

Location: New York City, NY

Position Overview: My Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate/Senior Associate to join the Investor Relations (IR) team. This role will focus on project management and client services, ensuring seamless communication and support for their investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage IR projects, including investor communications, reporting, and events.
  • Client Services: Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and other events.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update investor databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to support investor communications and presentations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure consistent and accurate information flow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, project management, or client services within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
