We're seeking a seasoned Security Engineer/Analyst to join our team and help build, implement, monitor and maintain robust security controls across our infrastructure while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, overall compliance, and best practices. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architecture for our cloud-based SaaS platform
• Lead security reviews of infrastructure changes and new feature deployments
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and technical controls
• Implement, maintain, and embed security controls within the development workflows (CI/CD) integration testing, and production systems
• Perform security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing
• Implement and manage identity and access management solutions
• Maintain and ensure comprehensive logging and monitoring
• Assist with security compliance audits and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Currently located in the Seattle Metro Region and able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years focusing on cloud security. Majority of experience should be hands-on
• Security Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCE, Cloud security, GCIH
• Strong experience with cloud security architecture
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience with IaC automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-enabled firewalls, WAFs, EDR
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Network Engineer, Application Developer, Cloud Architect, or Systems Engineer in addition to the required security qualifications
