Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage seamless gutter projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate project activities with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets using HeavyBid.
Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all phases of construction.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Foster effective communication among all team members and stakeholders involved in the project.
Manage documentation related to contracts, change orders, and project correspondence.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the construction site.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of project management principles.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Strong negotiation skills for managing contracts and agreements.
Previous experience working on construction sites is essential.
