About the Role:

The Sample Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team at Pistola. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and maintain a well-organized sample library.
• Track and log samples, ensuring they are readily accessible.
• Fulfill sample requests from internal and external teams.
• Coordinate sample shipments and returns.
• Assist in creating and maintaining accurate product information sheets and line sheets.
• Gather and organize product details, such as materials, colors, and sizing.
• Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Assist with data entry and report generation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a merchandising or retail environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
