Role Summary:
Support the Roadshow Manager on the Equity Syndicate desk in coordinating logistics for a wide range of equity products, including IPOs, Follow-ons, Convertibles, Testing-the-Waters, Private Placements, and Block Trades, for both domestic and international companies within the Americas.
This role involves interacting with various stakeholders, including vendors, clients, senior bankers, the internal sales team, and other internal functions such as marketing and expense management.
The position requires independent decision-making, sound judgment, strong client management skills, and exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities. The ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and work quality is essential.
Professionalism in personal presentation, as well as in email and phone communications, is a must.
Day travel within NYC is required, and flexibility to work before or after core business hours (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) is preferred.
