level. In this exciting and rewarding position, you will provide exceptional
nursing care for our patients. You will assess patient, family and staff
learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education, patient intervention
and promote effective working relationships.
As our RN you will independently
provide specialized vascular access care, including Peripherally Inserted
Central Catheter (PICC) placements, to both pediatric and adult patients in
compliance with the California Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include
patient assessment, care planning, implementation of nursing interventions and
evaluation of outcomes while ensuring patient safety, infection control and
quality of care. Your role involves educating patients, families, and staff,
mentoring newly hired nurses and serving as a clinical resource for complex
patient care needs. Additional duties include supporting professional
development, assuming charge responsibilities, resolving conflicts and fostering
effective interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.
Salary range: $67.02
- $101.40 Hourly
Qualifications

+ BSN - required
+ Current valid California RN license - required
+ ACLS, BCLS and PALS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association - required
+ PICC insertion experience - required
+ PICC, Interventional Radiology or ICU experience - strongly preferred
+ At least 3 years of nursing experience - preferred
+ Vascular Access Board Certified (VA-BC) - preferred
+ Official Transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire
