They are seeking motivated Retail Sales Merchandiser to focus on their commercial sales division within the Baton Rouge, LA area.

Job Description:

• The Retail Sales Merchandiser will collaborate with store managers, sales associates, and corporate teams, providing feedback on product performance and customer preferences to guide future merchandising decisions.
• The Retail Sales Merchandiser will assist customers, provide product knowledge, and ensure satisfaction.
• The Retail Sales Merchandiser arrange products according to planograms, ensuring visual appeal and alignment with brand standards. Update displays regularly to reflect seasonal changes, promotions, and new arrivals.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in retail merchandising, strong communication, basic math, and retail sales skills.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School diploma; bilingual (Spanish) and travel flexibility a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work varied hours.
