Job Description

Dean's Italian Steakhouse , located in the luxurious JW Marriott Charlotte , offers a refined American steakhouse experience with a rustic Italian twist. As part of our upscale property, which includes 381 rooms, 20,000 square feet of meeting space, two premier restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a spa, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an extraordinary guest experience.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and elevate our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality leadership, a passion for upscale service, and the ability to manage and mentor other managers. This is a hands-on role where you will be integral to shaping our team, creating a positive environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of Dean's Italian Steakhouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless quality in service and presentation.
  • Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high-performing environment.
  • Lead daily leadership tasks, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling, to drive profitability.
  • Foster a guest-first culture by mentoring and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Proactively solve problems and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless dining experiences.
