JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient mobile solutions. Your role will involve leading the technical development, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the best practices in mobile app development are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Maintain Mobile Applications:
Design and build advanced applications for the React Native platform.
Maintain and optimize existing mobile applications for maximum speed and scalability.
2. Technical Leadership:
Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure the quality of the code and applications through code reviews and automated tests.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
4. Innovation and Best Practices:
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Advocate for best practices in React Native development.
Continuously improve the development process and tools.
5. Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Optimize application performance and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development.
At least 3 years of experience working with React Native.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
Knowledge of modern mobile architectures, including Redux/MobX.
Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Graph QL.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal project portfolio.
