Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health Urgent Care team in Raleigh, NC.

This is a PRN position, providing shift coverage on an as-needed basis.

As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee paraprofessionals who provide services to the people we support and provide direct nursing care to the people we support in the Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC). You will carry out treatment and supportive care as directed by the Prescriber, Practice Administrator, or Vice President of Operations. You will also assess and document individuals' appropriateness for services, level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medications, and medication compliance.

To qualify, candidates must have the following:

*An Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
*Candidates must be a licensed North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN).
*At least 1 year of post-graduate experience providing crisis response to children and adults with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.
