Job Title: Recruiter (3-6+ month contract)

Location: Coldwater, MI (Fully Onsite)

Our client is a rapidly growing food production company with major hiring initiatives underway. To support these high-volume recruitment needs, we are seeking Recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience in manufacturing or production hiring.

Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring production employees. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing environments and the ability to develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for production roles such as production and line workers.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Indeed, job boards, and walk-in applicants.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and hiring coordination.
• Work closely with HR and plant managers to ensure efficient onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes, including background and employment verification.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred; Creole is a plus.
• Two to three years of recruiting experience in high-volume manufacturing or production.
• Proven ability to hire 300 or more employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production workers and plant leadership.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing setting.
