What You’ll Do
As a Paralegal, you’ll support attorneys in preparing and delivering real estate loan documents, manage communications with clients and help coordinate legal transactions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Draft and manage real estate loan documentation
✅ Communicate with clients, Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae, and related parties
✅ Support attorneys with administrative and organizational tasks
✅ Assist in coordinating transaction closings
✅ Manage and maintain documentation and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Bachelor’s degree required
📄 Paralegal Certification is a plus
🗃️ 1+ year of office experience
💻 Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Adobe
🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
🧠 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
⏱️ Willingness to work overtime as needed
🏢 Experience in commercial real estate transactions is a plus
