We are seeking a Data Scientist with a strong background in chemistry or biological sciences to support our R&D team’s artificial intelligence platform development. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex microbiological data into a standardized digital format, and building dashboards to interact with the data, with suitability for artificial intelligence platform usage. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D scientists to understand current data generation and storage practices
• Build data input documents across multiple testing methodologies to enable easy upload and visualization in ELN/LIMS tools
• Build workflows to aggregate historical data from diverse sources

Required:

• Proven experience in data science, including data processing and analysis
• Understanding of the interface of data, software, and laboratory experiments
• Ability to handle and preprocess large datasets
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Familiarity with data structuring for AI evaluation and development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or a related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience working in a laboratory setting
• Knowledge of microbiological data and research methodologies
