Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager base in the US to lead and oversee complex projects in a customer-facing capacity. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing deliverables, and ensuring successful outcomes for both software development and data center deployment projects. This role requires a proactive leader capable of owning integrated project schedules, tracking critical milestones, and maintaining transparent communication between stakeholders, customers, and internal R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal R&D teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project steering meetings , ensuring alignment on goals, risks, and deliverables.
• Own and manage the integrated project schedule , tracking key milestones and timelines.
• Aggregate and report on the status of deliverables across various workstreams.
• Distribute tasks to project team members to ensure efficient execution of responsibilities.
• Present detailed project plans to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks , escalating issues when necessary.
• Facilitate priority alignment between customer and R&D teams.
• Manage escalation pathways for critical project blockers.
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration between customer teams and internal R&D stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders distributed globally.
• Expertise in managing datacenter deployment projects .
• Solid background in software development projects utilizing Agile methodologies .
• Demonstrated experience in project risk assessment and escalation management .
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration between cross-functional teams .
• Experience serving as the primary point of contact for R&D teams .
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with Excel, Vizio, Microsoft Project and Jira
