Job Description

A boutique consulting firm with a powerful mission is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to executive leadership, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-tier consulting services to clients. The salary for this role ranges from $50k to $55k, depending on experience, and offers a benefits plan including health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Partner closely with team to design, execute, and oversee consulting projects
  • Orchestrate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items
  • Dive into collecting project requirements and conducting insightful research to propel project goals forward
  • Contribute to the creation of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for initiatives
  • Play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating potential project risks and issues to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain meticulous project records, including meeting notes, status reports, and other crucial documentation, ensuring every detail is captured
  • Act as the linchpin for communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
  • Keep a vigilant eye on project progress, providing regular updates on key milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the project plan
  • Engage in post-project reviews to gather valuable insights and recommend improvements for future projects, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement
  • Swiftly adapt to changing project demands and client needs in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, ensuring we always stay ahead of the curve

Requirements of the Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is beneficial
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
