We’re looking for a dynamic Project & Traffic Manager (or similar) to become a key player in our growing team. With over 20 years of excellence in the automotive industry, Victory Automotive Group is committed to delivering innovative marketing solutions for its 55+ dealerships. If you have 5+ years of experience in automotive marketing or at an agency, a killer work ethic, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with a can-do attitude, we want YOU!

What You’ll Do:

• Traffic Management: Coordinate and streamline the flow of creative assets and marketing materials across various departments and external partners to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Project Oversight: Manage and track marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure that all marketing campaigns are cohesive, on-brand, and delivered with precision.
• Prioritization: Use your strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring marketing efforts run smoothly across multiple channels.
• Problem Solving: Think on your feet and offer innovative solutions to challenges that may arise during the execution of campaigns.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout project execution.
