Job Description

Summary Lead and manage the production team to achieve optimal operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality PU-PVC belt manufacturing, meeting production targets, and maintaining a safe work environment.. Act as a key liaison between the production team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. Primary Responsibilities and Duties Leadership & Management: Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational goals and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs). Execution: Oversee production planning and execution, utilizing data analysis and statistical methods to optimize processes. Quality: * Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations through rigorous monitoring and data-driven decision-making. Results: Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and statistical results to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and achieve overall business objectives. Continuous improvement: * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality by leading initiatives on continuous improvement. Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field 3 to 5 years of leading in an industrial environment.
  • Strong manufacturing processes and equipment experience.
  • Proficiency in planning software.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies..
